Brad Lange’s Multimedia class projects including announcements
Multimedia is a course that introduces students to using video as a vehicle to connect with their peers, family and community. Multimedia concentrates on creativity expressed through gathering information, interviewing, shooting video, and editing video. Multimedia students learn various forms of video editing software including iMovie and Movie Maker in addition to screen capturing software such as Jing, as well as other multimedia forms of software. Multimedia students will enhance communication skills through peer, adult, coach, mentor and family interactions.
Multimedia students will collaborate with others to produce final products including but not limited to the Daily Gull Lake News (Announcements) to report on athletic events, PAC performances, band concerts, after school clubs, school policies, lunch menus, weather and other interest pertaining to the Gull Lake Community. Other projects include creating and sharing family biographies, hobbies, How To videos and a short film.
