On Saturday, September 9 from 4 p.m-9 p.m. Gracespring Youth will hold an event known as ‘The Best Block Party Ever’ at Gracespring Bible Church in Richland. Students from 6th grade through college are invited and encouraged to come.

“We wanted to come up with an event that would be fun for the community and give students an awesome and fun time in a safe environment to celebrate school starting back,” said Gracespring Bible Church Youth Pastor Kenneth Price.

There will be an inflatable obstacle course that is over 300 feet in length, food trucks, three different bands, giveaways and several other sources of fun.

“We’re expecting for around 500 people to show up, but are hoping for more,” Price said.

If you are a student in the area show up to their event ‘The Best Block Party Ever!’ this Saturday to celebrate the beginning of the school year.

“It’s going to be a killer time,” Price said. “You don’t want to miss it.”

Tickets for this event can be found online at gracespringchurch.org/blockparty and are $10 in advance and will also be sold at the door for $12.
