The Holiday Craft Show is actually a combination of three different events taking place at the Expo Center at the same time, says sale coordinator Lorie Money. The show will be open on November 18 and 19, along with LulaZOO and Kalamazoo’s Holiday Vintage Mini-Market, which will only be open the November 19. According to Money, on Saturday there will be 226 sellers at the show and on Sunday, 270 sellers.

The show has been going on for four years and most vendors come back each year,” Money said.  “The show keeps getting bigger, so new vendors keep signing up to sell.”

Shoppers who attend the sale can expect to find unique gifts at great prices, Money said.

“There is a wide variety of things sold at the events, really everything from handmade ornaments, jewelry, candles, painted furniture, antiques, LulaRoe clothing, wood crafts, stained glass, home decor and more.”

Admission to the show is free and thousands of shoppers have stopped by in the past.

“Last year we had over 4,000 shoppers in one day, so I expect that number to increase given it is a two day show,” Money said. “Mornings are usually the busiest, so if people do not like crowds they can shop later in the day after 1:00.”

Kalamazoo’s fourth annual Holiday Craft Show will be held Saturday November 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday November 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kalamazoo Expo Center (2900 Lake Street Kalamazoo MI 49048).

This is my first year on staff at the Reflection. I enjoy running track and cross country. I also spend a lot of time volunteering at Gracespring and the Richland Community Library. After I graduate this year, I hope to go to college and pursue a career in public history.
