His spicy notes hit the taste buds just enough to leave you wanting more, and it can be difficult not to soak in the Bay area Jazz and upbeat Cali pop. Maarten Estevez interweaves soulful, bouncy piano through the thick and steady base. This rising artist is heating up in the music industry with his flaming personality and soulful background.

Marteen Estevez grew up in California, San Francisco along the Bay Area. Estevez confesses that his childhood has a significant influence on his music, aiding him to add the right flavor to his notes. Estevez considers his style as a mix of pop, and 90’s R&B yet is compatible with his bouncy piano and thick steady bass. At the prime age of 16, Estevez has already produced an album of his own named Focused produced and published 2016. Though this album has been out for nearly a year, the limelight has only recently found this fresh and upbeat artist with his new hit single Sriracha in 2017.

Marteen’s voice is smooth and soft, yet he is able to play with his single playfully. The begin of Sriracha begins with an almost classical piano as you hear his steady vocals give sneak peaks into the song. Suddenly there is a temporary pause before his animated piano chords burst through the scene unexpectedly; as Esteves continues to sing the chorus and it can be hard not to sing along. The whole demeanor of the song seems to want it’s listeners to soak in the sweet melodies and to have fun.

Not only can Estevez drop a hot track, but he just finished his tour Sweet Sexy Savage over 23 different states. But he won’t stop there, on November 29, Marteen Estevez warms up the stage for Khalid on the Red Bull Sound Select stage in Chicago. Estevez also plans to support Dua Lipa on her self-titled North American tour. Their first debut is hosted at the House of Blues Boston in Massachusetts on November 20. The tour will end November 30 in Nashville, Tennessee a the Cannery Ballroom.
