Dylan Stanton’s student style more than just white long sleeves

Sophomore Dylan Stanton seems like your average student athlete; one who throws on athletic attire each morning with no thought put into his outfits whatsoever. However, this isn’t the case. To have a cohesive and successful look each day, many intricacies are necessary for Stanton’s outfit.

“Everything is color coordinated,” Stanton said. “If I have a white shirt, I have to have something matching white on the bottom, like shoes.”

Stanton said he puts  thought put into his everyday process of getting dressed in the morning.

In addition, Stanton’s stance on the importance of originality and self-expression is very strong when it comes to clothing.

Be original and find your own style, and don’t do what others want you to do. Just do you,”  he said.

When it comes to attire, it’s easy to get caught up in only doing what is popular, or what you think others will think. Stanton keeps a fresh outlook and continues to push the boundaries of traditional style.

Various combinations of clothing definitely make a change in both Stanton’s day and his attitude throughout it. Stanton’s final stance on how coordinating clothing make him feel is as follows: “I feel good.”

That’s all that really matters.
