Yes folks it’s that time of the year again. College applications are being processed, hair is falling out and senior pictures are now past due.

If you, like many others (including myself), have yet to submit your photo to the Gull Lake Year book and are having difficulty, you’re in the right place.

After speaking with Yearbook staff member Bailey Mougalian, all the information you need is below.

When are senior pictures due?

“Senior pictures are due as of December 14.”

What happens if they aren’t turned in on time?

“We try to get them all, but if not, we use a school picture or take one ourselves.”

What are the photo requirements?

“The picture has to be 320dpi. jpeg, high resolution images only.  Images under 400-500k (if digital) are rejected. “

Are hard copies acceptable?

“If a hard copy, make sure it is a wallet sized picture.”

What can be in the senior picture?

“The actual picture must use four color only. Clothing must be school dress code appropriate, no props or animals are allowed, only one person may be in the picture.  Your pose must be vertical and the student must be the focal point.”

This is my first year on The Reflection’s staff, currently writing in the sports’ section.  Outside of school, I am an avid reader of environmental and political articles. Being always up for a debate or any chance to make my opinion hear, I enjoy writing opinion pieces.  An avid fan of the Mola Mola Sunfish, I wish to pursue a career in the marine biology field. I look forward to uncovering the truth surrounding all the dirty deeds that go on around here.
