At the Richland Community Center anyone of any age is welcome., It can fit for everyone, one reason people go there is for fitness. There are many different activities to do that focuses on it.
The different types of fitness classes you can participate in are Mat Pilates, Ping Pong, Senior Ballroom Dancing, Square Dancing, Swinging with Susan and Yoga.
Healthy lifestyle classes include Overeaters Anonymous, which is where people share their experiences, strengths and hopes. They have Weight Watchers as well. People that want to go there have many choices to choose from, and it gives them opportunities to try new ways to get healthy through different experiences.
“Yoga is the most popular fitness class and there is a regular and advanced class taught by a lady that use to work at Gull Lake before,” said a spokesman from Richland Community Center.
Overall, there are many different choices to choose from if someone is looking to do fitness.
