Prep for the holidays: Lights on the Farm

Richland has many activities to do around the holidays, for everyone in the family. Recently, Richland just had their annual wassailing around the town, which was a hit. This year Gull Meadow Farms did something new. The farm had lights set up in all the greenhouses, in which you can tour and look at. The lights would dance around with the sound of music. Santa was even there.

The new Lights on the Farm started on November 30 and ended on December 22. It was best to go after 4:30 to see the lights and structures to get the full experience. Admission for the Lights on the farm was four dollars per person ( children under 36 inches are free).

The bakery was also open for those who want to get a snack while visiting. They have apple cider, doughnuts, and popcorn to treat oneself.

The farm will also have gifts such as ornaments, holiday decorations, as well as stuff animals to gift, or as a reminder of the visit.
