Keep active: How to workout during the day

Over quarantine, there’s not much to do in the house, so people feel it’s the right time to work their bodies for summer. It’s a great opportunity to get healthier and work to get more fit. While working out can become tiring and boring, with a bit of imagination it also make someone feel good if they have the motivation to do it.

Working out for me can be difficult because I do need the motivation, and I need it from other people. Working out by myself can be very tough because there is no one around to tell me to get up and do it, so I have to depend on myself. There are people who enjoy working out for fun by themselves because they like to work alone, but for me, working with someone is best because I can have someone to run or exercise with, and we work together.

There are many ways people can work themselves even if it’s taking a walk. Working out isn’t a one time thing and should be a consistent thing which is the hardest for me. Overworking isn’t good for the body, so when you’re working out alone, pay special attention to your body and not to push it too fast or hard. It’s best to start out doing a little bit each day. Working out 3-4 times a week and taking rest days is smarter than working out longer and few days. The best thing someone can do for working their body is finding what parts of the body they want to work out, doing some research, then focus on what activities they want to work on to improve. Putting in cardio can be beneficial as well and is better for people. 

When someone is insecure or stressed, they tend to feel better by working out. According to the maker of knee supports, Rehband , “endurance exercise reduces adrenaline and cortisol in the body, also known as stress hormones.” I agreed. I tend to get stressed out a lot, but after I workout I feel better about myself because I know I am doing good things for myself. According to Heathline, “the foods you eat have big effects on your health and quality of life.” Eating a balanced diet goes along with working out because it is a big factor in being healthy and working out for it to work. 

Overall, working can be hard to get the motivation and do it consistently. When someone does, it makes them feel better and is good for the body. There are many ways people can workout and have many benefits that take hard work.
