Hello, my name is Anna Clinton and I am a Senior at Gull Lake High School. I have always had a passion for writing and love to implement that passion into journalism. It is my second year as an editor in the newspaper, but I am excited to start another year on the team!
Hi, my name is Hazel Bigelow. I am currently a sophomore at Gull Lake. It is my second year in the Gull Lake Community Schools. I moved to Richland from Grand, Rapids when I was eight years old. Besides newspaper I am also a member of the Environmental Club and the track team. I am super adventurous and outdoorsy. I love fashion and sports and am interested in going into the business world after highschool. I also have a love for traveling and trying new foods and activities.
Hi, my name is Juan Salcedo, and I am a sophomore at Gull Lake High School. After taking Mrs. Jolin's Multimedia and Journalism class, I found I adored writing about topics I found interesting, so taking Newspaper was a no-brainer. I look forward to writing many articles about subjects I am passionate about.
Hi, my name is Aleah Heffron, and I'm a Junior at Gull Lake High School. This is my first year on the Newspaper staff, but I strive to bring creativity and heart to everything I do. My dream is to move to London and pursue a career in creative writing. When I'm not working on schoolwork, you can find me acting, baking, reading fantasy novels, listening to the Beatles, and watching British panel TV shows like QI.
I am a senior here at Gull Lake high school, and this is my first year on the newspaper staff. I play varsity soccer, and I am excited to write about sports and other news around the school. I look forward to writing for the Reflection this year.
Hi, I'm Lily Page, a junior here at Gull Lake High School. I'm going to be one of the staff members for The Reflection this year, which is going to be an exciting experience. I initially joined the newspaper to further excel in my writing and having dedicated time to actually write will do my experience justice. Throughout the undesirable moments in life, I find it best to de-stress by playing Minecraft, listening to rain noises and cuddling with my cat. My cat and friends mean so much to me as they provide plenty of laughter and support. What do I usually do in Minecraft, though? I'd say I enjoy gathering materials because building advanced houses are too much for my brain to conjure up. Hopefully, this gave you a little insight into another one of the staff members.
