Rising talent Keedron Bryant mingles with Gull Lake’s Reflection staff
Keedron Bryant, an Italian-born singer raised in America has made some waves in the music industry in the past couple of years. At the young age of 12, he released to the world his hit single “I Just Wanna Live” (named song of the year by the Associated Press) in light of events involving police brutality and the murder of an unarmed black man, George Floyd.

Afterward Keedron rapidly gained recognition when former president, Barack Obama cited him as an artist he “supports and is moved by.” His career gained traction of this young man and grabbed the attention of the Newspaper staff at Gull Lake High School, and we jumped at the opportunity for an interview from this artist. We discussed the star’s childhood, and his inspiration to become a musician and write songs that have meaning to him. He was an amazing guest to have gotten the chance to listen to, and we wish him well on his journey moving forward.
